urbantestimonial: “Roland has been instrumental in building our real estate investment portfolio. His ability to find properties in a competitive environment before they hit the public market are unmatched. He has done a great job in not only finding and presenting the right deals, but finding the right tenants and helping to get those properties developed as well. If you are looking to make the right investments for the long haul, Roland is your man.”
