urbanexperience: Dustin Graf joined urbanspace in March of 2008 as a part of the commercial division specializing in office leasing and investment sales. Dustin has lived in Austin for 14 years and has over a decade of commercial real estate experience. His background includes tenant and landlord representation, as well as market analysis.
Since 1997, Dustin has worked with such firms as The Weitzman Group, Commercial Texas, Kennedy Wilson and Gold Eagle Investments. In that time, he has been involved in leasing and sales of over 450,000 SF of space with organizations such as AIG, Symantec and Radio Shack. Dustin was also involved with the recent University Neighborhood Overlay plan (UNO) and the development of multi-family sites in the UT west campus area.
urbanextras: Current affiliations include The Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA), Urban Land Institute Young Leaders and Downtown Austin Alliance. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.
