Donny is Vice President of Commercial Brokerage at Urbanspace, where he oversees and actively provides client services in leasing, sales and investment brokerage.  Donny specializes in urban retail, creative office and infill land properties, with experience in ground-up and adaptive reuse developments.

Donny recently secured the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional.

Donny is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Downtown Austin Alliance (DAA), and Central Texas Leasing Brokers Association (CLBA).

Prior to joining Urbanspace, Donny worked as an analyst at ORIX Capital Markets, a proprietary Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) investment, asset management and loan servicing firm located in Dallas, Texas.  While in Dallas, Donny completed a Master's Degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University.

Donny is a proud resident of east Austin.
