A new mixed-use building is being planned on the MetroRail line at the MLK, Jr. Station. The development offers users 134,000 SF of creative office space, 11,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and 36,000 SF of multi-story residential units. Just minutes from downtown and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, this location will provide access not only to public transportation but also East Austin’s numerous array of amenities.
