605 West 4th St, the site for projected Cirrus Logic Research Center continues to stand empty as the developers go back and forth with the city of Austin, trying to gain an approval for their site plan. The old API building has been demolished and the space stands vacant, patiently awaiting it’s outcome. According to Travis County Property records, the latest site plan application was last reviewed November 14th.
