Denise and her team maintained a full sale out ratio with over 200 prospects on an interest list. Denise closed 99% of the building in 9 months in a declining market and fully completed the close out in one year resulting in a full completion of the most successful downtown high-rise in Austin, TX with a total sales volume of $160,409,400.
