21c museum residences : living with art

Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown had a vision. To create a place, where people could live with art, in a luxurious atmosphere of restaurants, galleries, cafes, and spas, in Austin's urban core, all while helping to reduce suburban sprawl. Along with ACE, they chose urbanspace as their real estate partner in this exciting, first of its kind effort. The ACE group asked urbanspace to consult on floorplans, pricing, location, web design, marketing, events, sales strategy, database management, and sales execution. Take a look:

akoya : life. balance. style.

The Chameleon Group, partnered with the Michael Hsu Design Office, have created one of the most creative conversion projects in Central Austin. The goal was to drive the growth of an emerging South Lamar District, with the development of a design-oriented, attainably-priced, lifestyle-centered project. urbanspace was chosen as the sales partner, challenged with responsibilities of managing sales strategy and execution, marketing materials, website design, database management, and communications plans. cardinal : 30 units on 3 acres

urbanspace began its partnership with Richard Coons Development on this exciting project in 2005. The opportunity for Cardinal was to develop and market a new type of product in the heart of the 78704 neighborhood. It consists of 30 modern homes, nestled on 3 acres of old growth live oaks. Richard Coons development challenged urbanspace to create the brand, web presence, marketing collateral, advertising, sales strategy, and sales execution, all while in the planning and construction phases. Milago was the first of its kind in downtown Austin, offering residents a unique opportunity to experience the urban lifestyle, along Lady Bird Lake. Beginning in 2004, Fairfield Residential collaborated with urbanspace on virtually every aspect of development and sales & marketing, to create one of the most successful cycles in Austin’s residential sales history. Milago was recognized as the multi-family IMPACT award winner (the best real estate award) by Austin Business Journal in 2007. Take a look:

sabine on fifth : true urban core living

CWS Capital chose urbanspace as its real estate partner for Sabine on Fifth (an adaptive reuse project) because of the firm’s expertise in true urban core condominium properties. CWS and urbanspace took the approach of working together to create a living space unlike any other, in the heart of downtown. CWS Capital challenged urbanspace to create the brand, web presence, marketing collateral, advertising, sales strategy, and sales execution, all while in the planning and construction phases. sixth & brushy

One of the most complex and truly integrated development adventures in the urbanspace portfolio. Located at the gateway to the east sixth street corridor, Sixth and Brushy is a progressive project, paving the way for urban living on the East Side. urbanspace was brought on in the early development phases (beginning in 2004) as a partner that worked with the development team on everything from land acquisition to architectural & space planning to pricing and finally, commercial and residential sales. village on congress : a city within a city

urbanspace was given the opportunity to work on yet another innovative project with Richard Coons Development, this time, in the emerging South Congress District. The Village on Congress, as proposed, is a true “city within a city", because of its dynamic mixed-use layout and varied array of unique living spaces. Richard Coons Development requested that urbanspace deliver a comprehensive mix of services: branding, logo, website, marketing collateral, advertising, sales strategy, and sales execution.
