With 15+ years working in the hospitality field in both Europe and the US, Dragan’s client service philosophy is to treat each guest as if they were a guest in his own home, and to create a memorable and unique experience. Having obtained his bachelor’s degree from Nikola Tesla University in Europe, Dragan is also a member of the International Bartender’s Association and an IBA Certified Bartender.

Originally from Serbia, Dragan lived in Belgrade and throughout southern Europe — often spending summers with his grandparents in Paris— before moving to the US in 2019.

Dragan enjoys spending time with his family (his wife and 18-month-old daughter) and some of his favorite pastimes are exploring bars and restaurants in Austin, spending time in nature, hiking, camping, playing sports, and traveling. He also likes to experiment with new recipes and methods for cocktails.
