Lila is an essential member of the Urbanspace Procurement team, assisting the Procurement Manager with key operational functions. She supports the Sales and Design teams by managing and tracking orders from initiation to completion. Lila handles vendor and client communications and collaborates with the Logistics team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and installations, maintaining high standards of service throughout.

A 2023 graduate in Interior Design from the CIDA-accredited program at The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, Lila joined Urbanspace in early 2024, motivated by the admiration she developed for the design firm during her college years. Her diverse experience includes working alongside a local Austin artist for several years, where she managed client relations and business operations, as well as interning with Marvel Entertainment as part of the Set Decoration crew, where she learned warehouse management and crucial inventory organizational skills. This background has made her a reliable point of contact for Urbanspace clients and a valued asset to the Logistics warehouse team.

Lila has always had a passion for people and is happiest when assisting others. She strives to ensure that all clients and vendors are treated with respect and provided with a pleasant, seamless experience while working with Urbanspace.

Outside of work, when she’s not immersed in a book, Lila enjoys exploring the many trails along the greenway with her rescued husky, Kaya. Her favorite pastimes include spending evenings at Zilker, lounging with friends, scouring thrift stores and antique shops for hidden treasures, and, as a San Antonio native, hunting for the best authentic Mexican food in town.
