Urbanspace Real Estate + Interiors 
Founded in 2000, Urbanspace is a locally based market-leading real estate and interior design firm that specializes in urban lifestyles. With an emphasis on architectural design, urban communities, and sustainable development, Urbanspace was created out of a passion for Downtown Austin and the entrepreneurial vision to develop a local real estate and interior design firm committed to Austin’s growth and development. 


The Urbanspace team is comprised of real estate, design, marketing and operations professionals, known for consistently delivering on results. Its expertise includes residential and commercial sales, leasing, investment, development, furniture, and design services. Urbanspace Real Estate offers comprehensive brokerage services, project marketing, and development services for high-rise & mixed-use condo projects, single family homes, infill land, urban retail and office properties situated in compact, human scale environments.  


Current Opening: Director of First Impressions Type: Full time 
Primary Responsibilities include: 
• Effectively maintain current responsibilities as well as provide helpful insight and dedication towards the growth of the organization
• Ensure clients and potential clients have the best first impression of Urbanspace regardless of the initial contact point (Website, social media, walk in, call in, etc)
• Design flyers to market listings, Realtors, and the company
• Maintain the blog with up-to-the-minute postings relevant to Austin real estate, downtown development, arts and culture, urban growth, shopping and dining, etc. Write unique and appropriate content for the blog.
• Maintain relevant, current Events calendar on website, and qualify events submitted to website
• Serve as the gate-keeper to all leads, which includes filtering and assigning them to Agents in a very timely manner
• Assist operations team as needed
• Organically grow Urbanspace’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Pinterest accounts by adding interesting, relevant content and by responding to interactions in real-time
• Direct clients to Urbanspace Interiors and connect them with Urbanspace Interiors staff
• Serve as a contributing member of the Operations Team and helping on an array of projects, including but not limited to the annual Urbanspace publication, the Austin Urban Lifestyle Guide
• Oversee the distribution for the Austin Urban Lifestyle Guide by communicating with distributor maximizing placement to particular distribution points on an ongoing basis
• Answer all incoming calls
• Greet walk-in clients
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly function of office
• Maintain office supply and refreshment inventory
• Maintain timely communication and information sharing with direct supervisor and office
• Provide basic agent support
• Maintain and update company’s social media outlets
• Assist marketing director with real estate and interiors social media calendar and content
• Maintain and update Urbanspace Development and Lifestyle blogs with appropriate content
• Assist with special tasks and projects, as assigned


Required Skills / Knowledge include: 
• An interest in Real Estate and Design
• Able to take directions and deliver on results for assigned role and designated duties
• Exhibit strong customer focus, as well as customer service skills and professionalism
• Demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively and professionally
• Deliver with accuracy, attention to details, and follow through to completion in a timely manner
• Demonstrate organizational skills required to plan and prioritize duties, tasks and work load accordingly
• Demonstrate initiative in problem solving and sound judgment in decision making
• Contribute as a member of the Urbanspace team to achieve overall organizational objectives
• Proficient with Mac operating system related software programs (Entourage, Word, Excel)
• Strong business familiarity with social media and blogs (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Yelp, etc.)


Qualification: 
Bachelor’s Degree (or with May graduation)
