ABOUT BRAZOS PLACE
Originally designed by Hugo Franz Keuhne, the founder of the School of Architecture at The University of Texas, to be the Commodore Perry Hotel, this building has transformed into a mix-use development that now houses 72 residential units. Residences at Brazos Place range in size from 622 SF to 2,745 SF and are composed of one, two, and three bedrooms. Although not true lofts, each unit features exposed ductwork and concrete floors, and include onsite storage and access to the rooftop terrace.
