1500 Kemp Hills DR, Austin, TX 78737

Sunrise here begins behind the downtown Austin skyline. From the crest of this bluff in an exclusive gated cul-de-sac section of Hill Country Estates, the view runs uninterrupted from the towers of downtown all the way south to Buda: weather crossing the valley by day, city lights along the horizon after dark. Undeveloped
gated bluff lots in Dripping Springs ISD almost never reach the market. These 1.54 acres give you elevation, privacy, and the freedom to bring your own builder and design the home around the horizon. Or move faster: the sale includes architect-designed plans drawn for this bluff, a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern home of about 4,400 conditioned square feet with pool, roof terraces, and a wall of glass facing the skyline. WTCPUA water & Pedernales Electric are already at the street; buyer installs septic. Belterra Village, Salt Lick, and the wineries of Dripping Springs are minutes away, with downtown an easy run in. Walk the bluff at sunset, face east & picture the house.
