Little Slough Ranch offers 129± acres of well-watered, heavily wooded hunting and recreational land in Fayette County, Texas. Featuring an ideal mix of open pasture and thick timber, three ponds, and over a mile of wet-weather creek, this is the kind of versatile Texas country property that is increasingly hard to find. Whether you are looking to continue its established hunting legacy, use it as a weekend retreat, a ranch to call home, or create something entirely your own, this property checks every box. The 129± acres are high-fenced on the perimeter and feature a diverse mix of terrain suited equally to hunting, livestock, and recreation. The ranch includes 1.18± miles of wet-weather creek and three ponds - one large and two smaller - spread across the property, providing consistent water sources for both wildlife and livestock. Little Slough Ranch has an established history as a hunting property. The combination of thick perimeter timber, open pasture, multiple water sources, and a high-fenced perimeter creates excellent conditions for holding and managing wildlife. Whitetail deer, turkey, and dove are all present on the property. Two rustic wood cabins provide functional camp accommodations. The main cabin measures 1,016± sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a screened-in porch, and covered front and back porches with a hanging wood bench on the front. The second cabin is 640± sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, covered front and back porches with a matching hanging wood bench - no kitchen. Both are camp-ready and well suited as a hunting base while a buyer develops the property to their vision. Little Slough Ranch is ready for you to make your own with the most important infrastructure already in place - high fencing, established hunting habitat, functional camp cabins, reliable water, and a working barn. The rare combination makes this a property worth seeing in person.
