TBD Lot 21 Stockyard RD, Bertram, TX 78605

Four-plus acres on the river side of San Gabriel Springs. Lot 21 on proposed Stockyard Road is 4.38 acres, and neighboring Lot 22 is 4.05 acres, both offered at the same price. Take one for room to spread out, or both for more than eight acres together. San Gabriel Springs is Bertram's newest Hill Country boutique community: 72 homesites of 2+ acres planned among preserved live oaks, a spring-fed pond, park, and a walking trail to the San Gabriel River. When complete, it will be gated with two entries and exits, HOA-maintained private streets, and design standards that protect the land for every owner. Only 10 homesites will be pre-sold before the public release. Founders choose first, and once those 10 are gone, the founders' release closes. Bring your own builder. Bertram ETJ, Burnet CISD, about 5 minutes to downtown Bertram.
