Jennifer Perloff is a full-time Broker Associate working with residential buyers and sellers alike. A professional Realtor since 2012, Jennifer understands that for many clients buying  or selling their home is one of the most important financial transactions of their lives. To provide every client with luxury service, she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and  carefully follows the most up-to-date market data and inventory information. Jennifer  works primarily in Downtown and the urban core areas of East Austin, Travis Park, South Congress, Bouldin, Zilker and urban-adjacent neighborhoods like Rollingwood and  Tarrytown. 

A San Antonio native, Jennifer moved to Austin in 2022 in order to live and work in Austin’s urban core. Embracing a new empty nest, Jennifer and her husband moved to the bustling Rainey Street district in Downtown Austin. Jennifer’s favorite urban core activities include  walking along the trail at Lady Bird Lake (very convenient from her residence at 44 East  Ave), enjoying theatre and live music, and dining at Austin’s many restaurants (including  several recent Michelin stars).  

Jennifer is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), National Association of  Realtors (NAR) and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).  

Jennifer loves to read, travel, cook and entertain. She and her husband of 33 years are  proud parents to three grown children, a Labrador Retriever and tabby cat.
