Austin’s flourishing restaurant community is being forced to switch gears in another direction. As the Coronavirus outbreak has now reached Austin, Mayor Steve Adler ordered that all bars and restaurant dining room to be shut through at least May 1st to slow the spread of COVID-19. This major change as impacted many individuals, fortunately restaurants have not been shut down entirely as take-out, drive-through and delivery food service is permitted.
